Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept common secure payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, all shown at your checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Will I receive an invoice?
After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to download your invoice.
Are all products in stock?
Most of our products are kept in stock. If an item is unavailable or low in stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
If you wish to place a larger order, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU and are interested in purchasing or reselling our products, please contact us at info@klugino.com
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany typically takes 3-5 business days. Deliveries within the EU may take 5-8 delivery days, depending on the destination country.
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
For all orders from the EU countries outside of Germany, we charge a flat fee of €9.99.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Are there any customs or import fees within the EU?
No, there are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union.
Returns & Support
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused items within the legal return period. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is not defective or damaged, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us atemail info@klugino.com and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Product & Material
What materials are used in your products?
Our products are made from carefully selected, sustainable materials. We primarily use wood and PLA (polylactic acid), a bio-based, biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. PLA is considered a more environmentally friendly alternative to conventional petroleum-based plastics. A Part of our lamp housings is made from recyclable PETG plastic.
Our lamp glass globes are made from high-quality, hand-blown glass. The wooden components are crafted from basswood and walnut. The walnut parts are finished with a bio-based oil made in Germany from natural plant oils and resins, which helps make the surface more resistant to dirt and moisture.
Are your products suitable for everyday use?
Yes, our products are designed for everyday use. Each piece is carefully engineered and thoroughly tested for durability and function. To preserve their quality and appearance over time, please follow the care instructions included in your delivery.
How are your products manufactured?
Our products are primarily handcrafted and assembled in our in-house facility. We use a combination of modern manufacturing methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining and laser cutting alongside traditional craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully assembled and individually tested by hand to ensure quality, precision, and consistency.
Are your products heat-resistant?
Our products are designed for indoor use. They are not intended for exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight over extended periods.
For best results and long-term care, please refer to the product guidelines included with your order.
Do your products require any final assembly before use?
Yes, our lighting products are delivered as easy-to-assemble DIY kits with a few simple steps. Final assembly must be completed by the user according to the included instructions.
Our docking stands, on the other hand, require no assembly, simply attach your MagSafe charger.
Are your products protected by international patent laws?
Yes, our designs are protected as registered intellectual property under international patent and design protections. This ensures every piece remains exclusive to our brandcrafted as a unique product you won’t find elsewhere.

All products are designed and produced in Germany.
Compatibility
Which inductive chargers are supported?
Our Docking Stands are compatible with Apple MagSafe (Gen 1 and Gen 2) and support all smartphones and watches that are MagSafe-enabled. For more details, please refer to the respective product page.
Which smartphones are compatible with the Docking Stands?
All smartphones that are compatible with Apple MagSafe (Gen 1 or Gen 2) work with our docking stations. Further information can be found in the relevant product section.
Which smartwatches are compatible with the Docking Stands?
All smartwatches that are compatible with Apple MagSafe for the Apple Watch work with our Docking Stands. For more information, please refer to the respective product section.
Are the docking stations compatible with protective cases?
Yes, as long as the phone case is MagSafe-compatible and suitable for inductive charging, it will work with our docking stations.
Which light bulbs are compatible with your lamps?
Our DIY lamp housing support E27 LED bulbs. Only CE-certified LED bulbs with a maximum power of 8 W may be used. The use of incandescent, halogen, or other unsuitable bulbs is strictly prohibited.
